Marion Pedersen's desire is for her fund to be used to assist children with hearing impairment or loss, to minimise the impact this problem has on their learning in the classroom. As an active member of Quota International, assisting children in this way has been a consistent goal of this service club, which Marion wished to personally continue. Marion's wish is to ensure some funding is available locally to assist the children in our region. Hearing Loops in classroom learning spaces are being investigated as a wise way to maximise the benefit to many children who struggle in silence.
