The Trust Deed of the Foundation  was recently updated to allow for three further trustees to be appointed, representative of different geographical areas of the Eastern Bay of Plenty, and also bringing a different skill set to further enhance the work undertaken across  the region, encouraging generosity and supporting donors and charities.

At our recent AGM in August, the board welcomed Paul Nicolson, JImmy Heal, Annette Papuni-McLellan and Brad Shaw, with a further appointment at the September board meeting of Leisha Thompson.

The Board also acknowledged the committment and generosity advanced by Peter Anstis to establish and grow the foundation, with the appointment of Peter as Patron of the Eastern Bay Community Foundation.
